Half way!!

Big news on the hiking front: made it to the traditional halfway point at Harpers Ferry WV. I was hiker # 523 to get there and #1455 to leave Springer Mountain GA. Statistically 50% quit before Harpers Ferry. It has been quite an incredible journey thus far  and i am still very happy with the hobo life. Meeting incredible people, seeing small town America and reveling in the serenity and beauty of the great wilderness this Country has to offer. 2,500,000 steps done and 2,500,000 more to go and I can’t wait to see what is around the next corner.
