The Whites are supposed to be a very popular place for canoe trips. In 4-5 days I only saw two groups that I ran into on several occasions - two Montana Game and Fish people tracking sturgeon and four people from Univ of Montana doing bird surveys. It was a pleasure to meet all of them and learn about their efforts. Paddle on!!
