On my way to Canada

Day one on the International Appalachian Trail was a very wet one. Rain all day and 50 degrees. Trail overgrown and seldom used. It is what I envisioned the AT to have been 30 years ago. Did 17 to, thank goodness, a shelter. Did not see a person the whole day. No moose
