Made it to State # 2

8 days in and passed the GA NC border today. Stayed in Hiawassee last night. My hiker hunger is kicking in. I binged at a Huddle House and then bought too much trail food at the grocery store. Then to a hotel for a hot shower and did laundry. And then............BEER and mucho mexican food. Then hit the hot tub at the hotel. Great day in town then to North Carolina! Down to 25* tonight with possible snow. Still smiling.
