We get to our campsite below Katahdin early Monday afternoon. My son Chad gets there in the evening to camp with us and summit Katahdin tomorrow. A great treat for me. Our whole group is anxious but yet apprehensive. Dealing with some very conflicting emotions of bringing this goal to fruition and the desire for the wondrous hobo adventure to continue. Some good camaraderie around a campfire helps to settle the jitters
